The wonderful month of August is
almost on the brink of moving on. Not that I can
say I’m unhappy about it, because one of my
favorite holidays is just around the corner –
Halloween. Naturally, the sensation of a
beautiful fall speaks volumes for itself.
Voice over Collaboration:
Let me recap
some of the outstanding endeavors that are in motion
behind the scenes. The first thing I really
enjoyed collaborating with was an innovative
Musician, Producer, Animator, Graphic Designer,
and Special Effects expert, Sean Silas. Sean
Silas is also credited for producing the
legendary House of Blood music theme song.
When he
approached me to tap into one of my leading lady
characters from the House of Blood book series,
Dominique Blood, I was really excited to see
what he would come up with while using my voice
to add realism to the nature of his
environment/character design. Here is the entire
video in its entirety, and I encourage you to
immerse yourself in all his multi-faceted
concepts.
Over the
weekend, I had the opportunity, as noted before on
August 8th,
to focus on the primary Sasha George website.
There are sites out there that have CMS (content
management system) formats with templates, but my heart
& soul ambitiously adore investing in that creative
originality. Everything I do is from scratch,
which gives me a sense of pride.
I started
linking all pages together, updated my about section,
news updates, and created new graphics to identify these
areas. Once I am complete with primary site, I do want
to update Sasha’s Children Reading Room to be more
appropriate for that age range. Most of my web design
days are on the weekend, while book writing is through
the week.

With Halloween
approaching quickly, I am trying to update a lot of the
House of Blood (vampire) book series. So
far, ‘
A
Vampire’s Remorse(1),
House of Blood (2), and
The Signs (3)’ have been
editorially updated. When I first wrote the
novels, I was a true novice, barely holding onto life
due to my blood clotting, so I produced in fear I might
pass and it would never be published. I’m still here,
and what better way to celebrate another day of not
leaving this earth than by organizing my past creative
writing mistakes?
In
Conclusion:
May your new week be filled with
empowering ideas and success. There are so many
things today that can distract you from building a dream
or inspiring others with your unique individuality.
However, if you wish to follow my journey instead of
others that you influentially admire, we all appreciate
your support.
August
wasn't the month I had planned to spruce up my
creative world. You'd think spring cleaning
comes in the spring, but why not try something a
little out of the ordinary?
I have been working
diligently behind the scenes to bring my
creative world to the many fans who continue to
be supportive and eagerly await the release of
new content. When you have a mind
like mine running at full speed, it's hard to
sit still for long to handle the administrative
side of things.
...sometimes I want
to sit outside and get lost staring up at those
ever-changing moons and constellations. View the
impressive, never-ending Milky Way. Of
course, then I remembered it was time to stop my
procrastination vacation.
With that said, the first
thing to focus on is the official Sasha George
website. I have content in the archives
since 2000. Wow, 25 years of informational
content that is unlinked or floating aimlessly
in the massive internet cloud.
If you're a regular visitor,
you'll notice the changes. I hope it
becomes beneficial to all who follow me on the
great Odyssey of my creative life. Keep checking
