Dr. A'toky Smith was a phenomenal brain specialist who dabbled in numerous liquid enhancements that could either be good for mankind or a complete economic catastrophe. Unfortunately, many of those experiments were failures at LABORATORY INC., where he worked.

Then out of miracle circumstances, he created a concoction called Cell 9. All it took was for one janitor's unknowest participation in the experiment to become a cancer zombie.

The city would soon learn all too soon about the hungered evil that would pour out of LABORATORY INC., and no one would know who would happen to be the best hero for them.
